How long does it take to process my order?
Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Bespoke/custom orders take 4–20 weeks depending on the design complexity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees in their country.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
What is your return policy?
Bespoke and bridal dresses are custom-made and generally non-refundable. Ready-to-wear items in good condition cannot be returned.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, card payments (via Stripe), and secure direct payment links. For bespoke orders, 80% deposit is required.
